This is a limited edition (500 pcs) collectable Mr Magoo Polystone Statue from Mr Magoo.

Mr. Magoo first appeared in 1949 in the UPA cartoon "Ragtime Bear," and became the star of many shorts during the 50's (two of which won Oscars). He starred in a popular remake of Dicken's "Christmas Carol" and has even had his own live action movie.
